Custodial / Janitorial Services

We service over 75 regular accounts in the Gainesville, Ocala, and Lake City Area. Contracts include service to offices, restaurants, government buildings, banks, apartment complexes, hospitals, and schools. Currently we provide daily maintenance services for public schools in Marion County, The Women’s Center at NFRMC, The Medical Arts Building and The Department of Children & Families and the Department of Veteran Affairs buildings in Lake City. Procacci Development Corp out of Miami, FL has been a service client since the nineties. We do regular project work for real estate companies such as Bosshardt, Watson and many others realtors in the Gainesville area.

Floor Care

Cleaning and refinishing all type of floors is one of our featured services. Services include large commercial areas and residential applications. Project floor work includes retail chains, new school construction, hospitals, hotels and large residential clients. Special surface applications include; VCT, ceramic, marble, Hardwood, Rubber, and high gloss concrete.

Pressure Washing

Service customers include a large number of apartment complexes in the Gainesville and Ocala area including roofs, sidewalks, buildings, and walkways. Project work includes cleaning the inside of water tanks for Gainesville Regional Utilities. We do church steeples, historic buildings, large machinery, barns, and large warehouses.

In addition we have been under contract with Marion County schools for the last three years pressure cleaning over 1.5 million square feet of roofs, buildings, play courts, bleachers, and sidewalks.
Our specialties are precision power cleaning, high elevations, low pressure cleaning, construction, and preparations for concrete.

Post Construction Clean-Up

Our post construction cleaning projects cover a large range of buildings and places. We provide PC Services for Ajax Building Corporation cleaning at Shands Hospital and public schools in Ocala, Leesburg, and Tallahassee. In addition we cleaned the USF Center for Advanced Healthcare in Tampa, FL as well as the FSU Chemistry Building in Tallahassee among others.

Other projects done for building contractors include the Nanoscale Research Facility at UF, North Florida Regional Cancer Center, and our current project Suwannee County Correctional Center in Live Oak which we are doing for Clark Construction.

Residential House Cleaning
